WONDERSOFT TERMS OF SERVICE

Wondersoft Co., Ltd. ("Wondersoft," "we," "us," or "our") welcomes you. This Agreement governs your access to and use of the WonderKing game client, the gateway website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

BY ACCESSING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SERVICE. FOR RESIDENTS OF CERTAIN COUNTRIES (INCLUDING THE UNITED STATES), YOU AGREE TO THE ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER DESCRIBED IN SECTION 12 TO RESOLVE ANY DISPUTES.

1. ACCESS TO THE SERVICE (NO ACCOUNT REQUIRED)

ⓘ Summary: You don't need a web account with us, but you need a Steam account. You must be old enough to play.

No Web Registration: Unlike traditional services, this Gateway Service allows you to access the game client without creating a separate web account with Wondersoft.
Steam Requirement: To play WonderKing, you must have a valid Steam account and the Steam client installed. Your use of the Steam platform is subject to Valve Corporation’s Steam Subscriber Agreement.
Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country). If you are a minor, your parent or guardian must review and agree to these Terms.

2. LICENSE

ⓘ Summary: We grant you permission to play our game for personal fun. You don't own the game, and you can't sell it.

The Service is licensed to you, not sold. Wondersoft grants you a personal, limited, non-transferable, revocable, and non-exclusive license to use the Service for your non-commercial enjoyment. 3. RULES OF CONDUCT

Ownership: All game content (characters, items, maps, code) is owned by Wondersoft or its licensors.
Virtual Items: You may acquire Virtual Currency or Items in the game. These have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. You do not "own" these items; you have a limited license to use them.

5. MONITORING AND ANTI-CHEAT

ⓘ Summary: We use software to catch cheaters. It checks your game process to ensure fair play.

Wondersoft utilizes technologies to detect and prevent cheating.

Data Collection: When you launch the game, our anti-cheat software may monitor your gameplay and your device's RAM, processes, and communications to detect unauthorized third-party programs (e.g., "hacks," "mods," "trainers").
Consent: By using the Service, you consent to this monitoring. If we detect cheating, we may terminate your license to play.

6. UPDATES AND AVAILABILITY

Updates: We may update or patch the game remotely. You agree to install these updates to continue playing.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WONDERSOFT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION BY BINDING ARBITRATION

ⓘ Summary: If we have a serious disagreement, we agree to use arbitration instead of going to court. You waive the right to a class action lawsuit.

Binding Arbitration: Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be settled by binding arbitration administered in Daegu, Republic of Korea, rather than in court.
Class Action Waiver: YOU AND WONDERSOFT AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

13. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
